TRADEACT - Actualise TRADE Costs

What is TRADEACT

This procedure is used for viewing the transactions for any account/currency combination and any accounting period range with the intention of showing TRADE costs associated by the accounting entry’s Contract ref and EXP code.
The link is that EXP codes need to translate to a PHYSCODES/Cost type and there is a contract number maintained on the accounting entry.

The row is disabled from update  if;
a)     No EXP or can not translate to a Cost type
b)     There is no contract ref
c)     If the same combination of Cost type/contract /currency has already been actualized (tick in Act. Cell)

If there is a non-actualised estimate present on the TRADE record for the ledger currency, that full value will be shown for comparison purposes.
If there are estimates not actualized but in different currency(s), the Diff Ccy cell will be ticked
The cell ‘Tick to update’ will further check that there is a payable/receivable consistency between ledger and estimate values.

The update process will mark TRADE records accordingly and create a Cost Estimate if there was not one previously  i.e. same process as INVDIRECT/Recurring Costs. If the ledger currency is different to TRADE estimate currency, the ledger currency will replace cost currency.
