ITAS Services Release 8.28.1

Overview

This release introduces several exciting new features and enhancements designed to improve user productivity, provide deeper insights, and streamline workflows within the Data Portal. With the introduction of the Ask ITAS chatbot, new accounting reports and enhancements to user dashboards and document previews, this release continues to build on our commitment to delivering a user-friendly, insightful, and efficient Data Portal experience.

New Features

Accounting Reports

Finance teams can now access key accounting reports directly in Hivedome’s Data Portal:

  • Credit Control – monitor outstanding debts Profit & Loss

These reports provide a clear, up-to-date view of your financial performance and position, helping you make faster, more informed decisions. 

Enhancements

User Dashboard

User dashboards have been updated with several enhancements:

  • Links: Additional space has been added to display links, which can now be viewed either as a list or as tiles.
  • History: A new section shows users the Data Views or entities they have previously accessed.
  • Alerts: Messages are now displayed in real-time as they are delivered.
  • News: The News section highlights the latest features and updates from the Data Portal.

These improvements make dashboards more intuitive, informative, and easier to navigate.

Document Preview - Phase 2

The Document Preview feature used throughout Data Portal has been updated with several features:

  • Document Pack Creation
  • Document Pack Splitting
  • Improved Document Preview
