ITAS Release 8.30.0 introduces a range of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes designed to give users greater visibility, improved accuracy, and a smoother day-to-day experience. Highlights include new reporting tools such as the Stock Report and Price Fixing Report, a side-by-side TRADEQ view for clearer trading position analysis, and a new Valuation feature for keeping market prices up to date across long and short trade tonnage. Vessel tracking is now available directly within Shipments, alongside a number of usability improvements across checklists, fixations, FX cover calculations, and client account management. This release also addresses several issues raised by users to keep core workflows running reliably.
Licensing Server
Added a new Licence Server to centrally host, issue, and validate users licences across all connected ITAS services and client installations. The server provides a single point of truth for licence keys and user types offering clients the ability to license users across multiple servers within their environment whilst only consuming a single user license.
Licences are issued and renewed via secure API, with automatic validation at service start-up and at configurable intervals during runtime.
Stock Report
Added Stock Reports, providing users with visibility over stock data for analysis and reporting. This gives a clearer overview of stock positions to support day-to-day operations and decision-making.
Price Fixing Report
Added a new Price Fixing Report, giving users clear visibility over price fixing activity. This supports better tracking and analysis of fixed positions to aid reporting and decision-making.
Afloat Report
Added a new Afloat Report to give traders and operations teams real-time visibility of in-transit and warehoused positions.
TRADEQ - Style 3 (Side By Side)
Introduces a new side-by-side (Style 3) TRADEQ trading position analysis report. This view allows users to compare trading positions alongside one another, making analysis and reporting faster and easier to interpret.
Pricing Matrix (Valuation)
Added the Pricing Matrix feature, providing a centralised way to keep market prices up to date for accurate Risk and P&L reporting across long and short trade tonnage.
Vessel Tracking Via Shipments
Added a vessel tracking tab to Shipments. Users can now view vessel location information directly within the shipment record, providing better visibility over vessel movements without needing to switch to an external tool.
Add User Initials to Checklist
Checklist actions now capture the initials of the user making the update alongside the existing action date. This provides clearer visibility over who completed each action, improving traceability and accountability.
FX – ctrl40_coverconval
Added the ability to automatically calculate the foreign exchange cover required based on the contract value. This helps users quickly determine the appropriate FX hedging amount without manual calculation.
Spread Roll Premium
Added a spread roll premium to the Fixations tab. Users can now capture and view the spread roll premium directly alongside other fixation details, improving accuracy when managing rolled positions.
Delete Client Accounts
Added the ability to delete client accounts. Users can now remove client accounts that are no longer required, helping to keep account records clean and up to date.
