AUTH - ITAS User Authorisation

Overview

This procedure is used to maintain the count of ITAS licenses and the assignment of those licenses to the respective CMP profiles.

Licence Types

Standard - grants access to ITAS Desktop and Web Portal platforms
Enterprise - identify users whose primary licence is on another ITAS Server (can only be applied by Hivedome Support)
Web Only - grants access to the Web Portal platform only

Notes

As at Jun19 assignment of Web Only licences is a background task and cannot be controlled via this application
From Q319 clients have the opportunity to switch to a "concurrent users" licensing model where the licence count will be used to restrict active user numbers (Trader Desktop platform only) - contact Hivedome for details
