Support Services

Overview

Client support services are managed through our ticketing system hosted on Zendesk.

Standard Support (as per software license agreement)

Problems/incidents on all data corruption/software bugs

Enhanced Support (premium service offered by HDMCS)

Logging/tracking problems/incidents related to non-data corruption/software bugs (where discernible).

Logging/tracking Tasks and Questions on:
(i) Business Support pre- and post- implementation,
(ii) Business Systems administration (as defined) and,
(iii) support with Business Intelligence Reporting (all of which are outside the Standard Support Agreement)
