Release 8.30.1 brings two new features to the Data Portal, the Afloat Report and the new Valuation functionality, alongside a significant technical upgrade migrating the framework from Create React App to Vite and upgrading React from version 17 to 19.2. The release also delivers a number of targeted bug fixes and updates to the ITAS Client Services API Data Catalog.
React Migration & Framework Upgrade
Data Portal has undergone a significant technical upgrade to modernise the underlying framework and improve overall performance. React has been upgraded from version 17 to 19.2, the application has been migrated from the legacy Create React App framework to Vite, and all third-party packages and build tools have been updated to their latest versions. All known NPM vulnerabilities have been resolved, and core components and services have been optimised for improved performance and efficiency.
Afloat Report
Added a new Afloat Report to give traders and operations teams real-time visibility of in-transit and warehoused positions.
Valuation Details Entry / Price Matrix
Added the Valuation feature, providing a centralised way to keep market prices up to date for accurate Risk and P&L reporting across long and short trade tonnage.

Incorrect Invoice Type Often Shown
Corrected an issue where the wrong invoice type was displayed across purchasing screens.
Add F&O P&L To Valuation
Resolved an issue where F&O positions were excluded from the Physical contract P&L, resulting in incorrect Valuation figures.
Removing Trade Ref From Future Issue
Resolved an issue where removing a trade reference from a futures trade did not clear the associated details from the physical contract, leaving them unable to be removed.
Contract Price Not Updated When Switching Contract Price Method
Resolved an issue where the contract price was not refreshed after switching the contract price method. The contract price now updates correctly whenever the price method is changed, ensuring values stay accurate and consistent.
