ITAS Service Pack Post Deployment Checklists

These Post Deployment Checklists can be used alongside the relevant Deployment Guides as a step-by-step guide to ensure that all pre-deployment checks, and that the basic post-deployment tests are carried out.

In addition to the post-deployment tests in these documents, it is essential that your business identifies the menu items and ITAS features that it considers critical to its day-to-day processing of ITAS data to ensure that more in depth testing of this functionality is completed before ITAS is handed back to users.

Upon completion of a deployment, your completed post deployment checklist should be sent to Hivedome. If any issues are reported these will be investigated and resolved where required. 

Combined Deployment

This post deployment checklist should be used when an ITAS Service Pack and an ITAS Services Service pack are deployed together.  

ITAS Only Deployment

This post deployment checklist can be used when only an ITAS Service Pack is deployed.  

ITAS Services Only Deployment

This post deployment checklist can be used when only an ITAS Services Service Pack is deployed.
