Updated Features
Reports Exports
First introduced in release 8.5.1 and in the current release, 8.5.2. Reports Export has been enhanced and several feature updates made including:
- Changing the Export Activity screen to display all relevant activity for the current day and renaming to Today's Export Activity.
- Grouping Exports when they are created together and enabling Report Administrators to name the groups. If a name is not given, the name will default to the list of Trading Entity codes.
- Showing the Export Schedule as secondary to the group name.
- Displaying Job Id for all schedules to aid issue resolution if the job does not appear to run.
- Managing all jobs individually.
- Sending verbose complete and fail messages so the user can see the status of each job.
- Adding a status of 'Created' for schedules that have been created but that the server has not yet had time to acknowledge.
- Editing and deleting schedules directly from the Export Activity page.
- Adding group name to Auto Data export screen.
- Grouping auto exports

- Introduction of the Exports History screen to show successful, failed and deleted jobs.
- Ensure new schedules appear when a job is already running.

Services

Bug Fixes
Report Exports
- Service calls job twice on job creation
- Only top TE shows in history when multiple jobs are in a group
- Auto Data screen does not refresh post job deletion
- Job not completed when on TE fails in a collection
- Showing the status of Server and Client services individually in System Settings > Services.
- Various issues with clashing jobs running at the same time and not getting cleared when completing/failing.
- Jobs being duplicated in UI
- New schedule not appearing when job is running

Updates to Existing Services
- Moved PUT finance/client/{tradingEntity} to PUT finance/client/{tradingEntity}/{partCode}
