Trade Capture

• Apply ctrl30_equitypriceentry
• Create DocDes Rules for Pricing Description 
• Add Costs to Data Portal Trade Capture

• Add contracts filters:
  • Open
  • Invoiced
• Add Ctrl+F to DR/CR Note field a look up associated phys06 records
• LossGain needs to be between -100 and 100. Display message when not
