ITAS Release 8.24.0
Overview
This releases continues Data Portal’s journey to becoming a standalone application that can be used independently of Trader Desktop by adding to the self service configurability of the platform, improving on the security and building on the business library of modules to include Treasury Deal Management. User Admin features introduced in 8.22.0.

New Features
Data View Builder
The Data Portal Data View Builder enables administrators to create bespoke data views to meet their organisation’s unique requirements. By configuring data grids, applying filters, and setting custom rules, administrators ensure users access only the most relevant and valuable data. Additionally, by integrating interactive tools and actions, administrators can provide an enhanced, user experience that offers a more streamlined workflow and improved efficiencies.
Contract Editing
Physical Trade contracts can now be edited through a dedicated Trade Update Capture UI. The interface enables inline editing with real-time validation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Authorisation API
The ITAS_Authorisation Service has been introduced to consolidate the work previously done but multiple ITAS WebServices. This single service will handle the granting or denying of access to resources or actions within the ITAS EcoSystem based on a user’s identity and predefined access rules. It ensures that users can only perform operations or access data they are authorised to, maintaining security and integrity within applications such as Data Portal.
Treasury Deal Management
Data Portal can now be configured to support Treasury Deal Management. It provides Data Views for executing, tracking, and managing financial transactions involving various financial instruments such as foreign exchange (FX), bonds, loans, and other investments.

Enhancements
Names User Licensing - Phase 2
Phase 2 or Named User Licensing will bring improvements for all ITAS platforms and add support for Oracle Databases.
User Administration - Phase 3
User Administration phase 3 introduces support for editing existing Data Portal users and creating new user accounts.
Data View Manager - Phase 2
Data View Manager phase 2 will increase the configurability of Data View Topics & Categories to compliment the new Data View Builder.
