Overview
This release introduces key enhancements to Contract Management with the launch of a new Contract Checklist feature, enabling users to efficiently track the progress of physical contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Additionally, significant improvements have been made to Invoicing, including support for prepayment invoices and refunds, expanding the system’s flexibility in managing financial transactions.
New Features
Contract Checklist
This addition is designed to help users easily track and manage the lifecycle of physical contracts. The checklist provides a clear, step-by-step overview of required actions and milestones, offering greater visibility and control throughout the contract management process. Whether it's ensuring documentation is complete, approvals are in place, or confirmations are received, the checklist simplifies progress tracking and helps improve administrative oversight.
Enhancements
Purchase & Sales Invoicing
This release introduces support for the following new document types:
- Prepayment
- Prepayment Refund
These enhancements provide greater flexibility in managing billing scenarios where payment is required in advance or where adjustments are needed after payment has been made. Users can now generate prepayment invoices to request funds before goods or services are delivered and issue refunds when necessary, ensuring smoother financial reconciliation and improved customer service.
