ITAS Services Release 8.31.3

Overview

ITAS Services Release 8.31.3 introduces a new filter panel for contract data grids and alternative report styles for the Profit & Loss Report. Enhancements include adjustment period support in Data Portal EJL, extended filtering and valuation logic in the Currency Exposure report, and improvements to the CLI Dashboard and Sales Turnover widget. This release also resolves several issues across the Data Portal, contract valuation and the Stock Report.

For API users, the ITAS Data Entities have been updated to v72, which includes breaking changes to inventory entities alongside new and updated data entities.

New Features

Contract Data Grids

Added an optional filter panel to data views, similar to the one in CONTMAN, providing quick tick box filtering without the need to set up layouts. The panel opens on demand to save screen space.

Profit & Loss Report (PLR)

Added alternative report styles to the Profit & Loss Report (PLR). Alongside the inbuilt options, the Report Style selector now lists any alternative styles assigned to PLR, prefixed with "Alternative:" (for example, "Alternative: PLR1"). Selecting one produces the report using the layout defined in Nominal Report Styles (NHR23).

Enhancements

Data Portal EJL (Document Correction)

Added support for adjustment periods in Data Portal EJL (Document Correction). When correcting or reversing a document that was posted to an adjustment period, users are now prompted to choose whether the reversal and correction documents should also be posted to the adjustment period, matching the behaviour in Heritage EJL.

Add Open Status Filter To CI Dashboard Drilldowns

Updated the View Contracts and View Transactions buttons on the CLI Dashboard so that they now filter results to show only open contracts and unmatched transactions.

Currency Exposure (CCYEXP)

Added additional filters to the Currency Exposure (CCYEXP) report, including a Commodities list filter and a Style filter limited to "Currency" and "Currency/Dept". The report now includes cost estimates and commission on physicals, excludes physical costs where no actualisation has occurred, excludes bank accounts, includes unposted transactions in Booked, and includes the full physical value for unpriced tonnages. It also excludes physical values where 100% of sales have been invoiced.

CLI Sales Turnover Widget

Added a switch to the CLI Sales Turnover widget, allowing users to toggle between sales value and weight.

Bug Fixes

Client Account Entry Issue

Resolved an issue where client changes made in ITAS 8 (CLI) were not fully reflected in the Data Portal. The Group Account and Related Party tick boxes now appear in the Account Types area, and Country Code, Department, Head of Family, VAT Code, Payment Code, Account Type, Additional Type and Limits Currency now update in the Data Portal.

Posted Documents Grid Formatting Issues

Resolved formatting issues in the Posted Documents grid. Quantity now displays as a number rather than "Invalid date", and Posting Time now displays in hh:mm format rather than as milliseconds since midnight.

Contract Valuation Crash

Resolved an issue where the contract value calculation crashed for fixed price contracts with a fully fixed status when a cost used a divisor ROE type with an ROE of 0.

Stock Report Column Heading Issues

Resolved an issue in the Stock Report where the Weight and Adjusted Value column headings always showed (MT) and (USD), regardless of the report's selected target weight unit and target currency. The fixed units have been removed from these headings.

With this release the ITAS Data Entities have been updated to v72 due to the following breaking changes:

• DetailedInventoryInformation - EwrWarehouseCode amended to Warehouse
• DetailedInventoryInformation - EwrWarehouse object linked to ClientAccountBase removed
• DetailedInventoryInformation - ShippingDate amended type from int to DateTime?
• InventoryWarehouseDetail - WarehouseDate amended type from DateTime to int, so as you can easily send 0 as date instead of trying to make part of the key nullable
