Introducing ITAS Web Access 'Beta'
ITAS is now available to access via a web browser. Your ITAS users can now view ITAS data and interact with DocMan Documents via a desktop, mobile or tablet without having to access an ITAS desktop application.
Data Access
Trades, Clients and many other data 'entities' are presented in a grid format and 'clicked' on to view in full detail. Grids can be searched and filtered to quickly find the exact record you are looking for. In Docman, new documents can be uploaded, unindexed documents can be indexed, current documents archived and document indexes edited in a web browser.
Custom Screens
All screens can be customised on a user by user basis to show only the columns and fields relevant to each user, this applies across all screens.
Access by non-ITAS and External Users
A valuable extension of the ITAS Web Access is the ability to provide restricted access to non_ITAS and External users. This means your ITAS data can be made available across your entire organisation. And your customers can be granted access to their own Client and Contract information via a web browser.
Beta Appriasal
ITAS Web Access is available via ITAS Subscription Services and is ready in 'Beta mode' for appraisal in your environment with you data. For more information and to set up access, please contact your ITAS representative.
