ITAS Window Focus - known issue

The introduction of the Trader Desktop is the start of ITAS's switch to Microsoft’s .Net framework. This process will be gradual and involves transitioning ITAS Menu Items.

The ‘wrapper’ is used as a bridge between the old system and the new, you will see it wrapped around familiar screens like TRADE and CLI. While the wrapper delivers several new features, there is a known issue, when you click on the ‘traditional’ part of a Menu Item screen, it may not come to the front. There is a simple workaround though, just click on the coloured bar.

This is a temporary situation and when ITAS is fully transitioned this issue will go. This video show all the other ways you can bring ITAS Windows to the front.
