What is STOCKSQ
STOCKSQ provides simple reviews of the stock positions as at the time of operating the enquiry illustrating own and 3rd party quantities and value. Other report styles are a movements report for transactions of a specific date and a reconciliation between the accounting records for the Stock/WIP account and the administration summaries. The frozen databases can also be reported.
Styles are:
a) Detail ... will report the component stock items for any selected account, option for different reporting sequences
b) Reconciliation... will analyse accounting records with administration summaries
c) Listing... lists with option for different reporting sequences
d) Movements... report a selected days' transactions
e) Processing and Yields, produce chart of yields on in-turn Stock accounts and full report of processing
f) Stock Unit control/movements. View specific Stock units whereby analysis is opening, different movement types and closing balances.
g) Trace Id… detail and summary report styles on all movements of stock relevant to a specific Trace id.
Filters include what type of Stock units to include and whether to report units with zero tonnage
