Project Management

Overview

This subsystem is designed to administrate time sheets electronically for any industry e.g. rebuild of Wembley Stadium, build new Oil Rig, refurbish a power station. PROJECTS are defined with their principal information e.g. Sponsor, Manager, Contractors, rates of charge-out, facilities/sites. The Operating company would be the project consultant i.e. employed by the project Manager to source/manage/financial administrate the contractors. The ITAS application CLI is used to setup the descriptions of the sponsor, manager, contractors with the sub-contractors being a sub-set of the contractor profile.

Time Sheet details can be entered using a web application or the ITAS application TSHEETS. The web application is secure so that the individual sub-contractors can enter their own details and the supporting Project Management applications will provide reports for control and authorization.
