Commodity Codes

The relevant columns in PHYSCODES/Commodity Codes are:

a) NCM Code – to link the Itas commodity code to the NCM code

b) Series – to provide the series for the NFe

The columns will only appear for companies set up as Brazil Domestic operation, but may be maintained in the child company enabling master data column exception in S01.

Weight Codes

The column in PHYSCODES/Weight Codes is UOM on NCM Table – to link the ITAS weight code to the NCM Uom

The column will only appear for companies set up as Brazil Domestic operation, but may be maintained in the child company enabling master data column exception in S01.

CLICODES

All counterparties are set up in CLI. One of the fields in CLI is province, representing the state

Provinces are maintained in CLICODES

A new column for Brazil domestic only is whether Fethab/Facs applies
