Commodity/product codes used in contracts need to be coded. This option provides the means for the company to specify what codes can be used.

There is a rename process that handles TRADE, WIP, TRUCKIN, accounting transactions and PHYSCODES code updates. There is also a maintain Forecasts of tonnage procedure, right-click when activate Commodity codes process. The process allows budget / plan of tonnages by accounting period to be maintained per individual product code if necessary
