TEXT - Maintain Document Narratives
What is TEXT
This procedure is used to maintain any number of fixed textual narratives that can be used by DOCDES, CSP and so on.
Useful texts are Reminder letter forms (CSP), payment instructions, quality descriptions, specifications, (DOCDES) etc
There are 2 descriptive forms, a short 50 characters or a full 8000 character text. When you activate TEXT, use the mouse right click feature 'view text' to maintain the big text, else 'view data' for the smaller narrative.
