DSTL - Date Selected Transaction List


What is

DSTL provides various accounting lists that are designed as investigation tools. It is used to review accounting activities for very specific reasons with access to any of the ledgers.

The report styles are:

a) Auditor style transaction lists, with selections of specific posting dates and accounting periods.

b) SRC style , whereby report will group the transactions using their original Document Reference

c) SRC style but will only report Documents that have different Department codings where the department accounting value does not balance to Zero

d) Document Reference summary, single line showing number of transactions, and principal account reference

e) Document Reference style but where there is NO WIP transaction included in the collection

f) Auditor style transaction lists, with selections of specific posting dates and accounting periods BUT direct output to a .csv. The file will be named as DSTL_xx_YYYYMMDD_HHMM.csv and located in the user’s Personal Documents folder, The content is determined by S01/View/Import-Export data for table ‘txx’. The 1st row of the output .csv will have data field names e.g. txx_account.
