PROREP - Inventory/Production Reports

These reports support the PROMAN Inventory Management sub system.

Stock Movement Report

Shows Stock movements in/out of a terminal including production (consumption/manufactured) over time with bought forward and carry forward balances

Stock Report

Shows Stock positions at the selected Date

Aged Stocks Report

Reports stock according to their ‘At Age Date’. The 'At Age Date' is derived by applying the Shelf life days as maintained for the commodity code in PHYSCODES/Commodity Codes with the Intake/Process date. Only Inventory that has a shelf life days maintained will be reported. The report is sectioned by the Inventory Commodity Type (cmy03_cmytype); this enables viewing by Raw Materials, Packaging, Semi Finished etc.

Origin Vs Destination Report

Shows variation in departure and arrival weights from deliveries into and out of terminals for a delivery date range

Call Offs Report

Shows the status or call offs for a shipping status date range. The balance column shows call offs still to be delivered

Warehouse Accruals

Calculates and reports on storage charges to be paid or received within a period.  Intakes and releases into/from the terminals will attract the receive/delivery charge in addition to their storage charge if appropriate. Stock in situ will attract the storage charge if appropriate. Tariffs are maintained per terminal owner in CLI/View…Warehouse Details/Tarif tab.

Royalties Collected Report

Reports end point royalties collected over the selected date range. There is an option to create the accounting accruals (PIs) to pay the royalties to the royalties owner.
Royalty details are maintained in PHYSRATES/EPR. When the grain is received at a terminal the variety is recorded as part of the intake process. The invoicing process (PINV) ascertains if any EPRs (End Point Royalties) apply and if so it withholds the EPR amount from the farmer and accrues it to the EPR collection account instead. The EPR collection account is maintained in PHYSCODES/General Parameters. It also creates the invoice (word document) to send to the royalty owner based on a template using standard DOCDES rules.

Daily Position Report

A position report including PROMAN deliveries (In transit inbound, outbound and in transit), PROMAN stock (tickets on hold, open storage (3rd party) and paid and unpaid stock) together with physical contracts and futures by month.

Moving Average Price Report

This is better than the stock movements report as it drives from stock transactions (fact08s) instead of stock records (fact06s). It shows all stock movements over the selected date range together with the bought forward as at the report start date. It also has the option to show the stock average price for each transaction to reconcile with the cost of sale on realised sales.
if run on a valuation database it compares the carry forward value (derived from the transactions) with the stock value from the stock records.

PROMAN Costs Report

This is a simple report of costs generated in PROMAN (e.g. on internal transfers, POs and regrades) together with their invoice status. This complements TRADEQ/9 and 16 which do a similar job on TRADE based costs.

Production Orders (PO) Reports

This consists of 4 reports:
i) Summary Line per PO; Shows 1 line per completed PO of terminal, PO Type, quantities and expected and actual yields.
ii) Summary IO per PO; Shows 1 line per per completed PO of terminal, PO Type, quantities and yields as above but in addition shows detail quantities and yields per output commodity.
iii) Detail IO per PO; Shows inputs and outputs on their own line per PO
iv) Yield by Process Type Group; Shows Main product yield%, By product yield % and weight loss % by PO Reporting group as maintained in TMCODES by month of completion date

Adjustments to Stock Value

This report identifies activities which have taken place whereby the recorded stock value is at variance with the actual stock value. This effects the P&L, currently it’s at the user’s discretion to include these variances in the P&L as an adjustment. In future the P&L may be changed to report these adjustments (fact10s) directly.
The report shows:
Invoiced Value as the difference which should be applied to the PROMAN stock value as a result of the adjustment
Stock Value Adustment is the difference which has been applied to the PROMAN stock value as it's still instore
Expensed Value is the amount which can not be applied to PROMAN stock.

Transaction types are:
i) PP Adjust; This is where the posting process is trying to update a stock value because the value of the underlying purchase contract has changed; however the  stock line has already been delivered out (i.e. has a release date) so may not be updated.
ii) PINV Cost Invoice Adjustment; A cost accrual generated in PROMAN is invoiced, but the invoice value differs from the accrual value.
ii) PROMAN/View cost adjust; A cost accrual generated in PROMAN has been modified in PROMAN/View costs.

Unpriced Stock

Unpriced stock shows price fixing contracts which are not fully invoiced and have been taken into PROMAN
It compares the stock value in PROMAN with the current value i.e. including the latest pricings and valuing unpriced at market
It also shows the quantity still in stock compared to the contract quantity

Average Quality Report

Shows the average quality for deliveries and POs over time basis delivery dates or the average quality in stock at that time.
In addition for POs it can compare the actual results with the expected result for the PO Process Type as maintained in TMCODES/PO process Types/View..Inputs and Outputs/Outputs Tab/Portfolio …
