Overview
This release delivers a wide range of new features and enhancements across the Data Portal, introducing intelligent assistance, integrated analytics, and expanded document and reporting capabilities. The release also includes key performance and usability improvements across dashboards, document handling, and financial reporting, further strengthening the Data Portal as a central hub for managing, analysing, and acting on your data.
New Features
Kleene Analytics Integration - Phase 1
Kleene.ai offer a unified data / decision intelligence platform that helps organisations ingest, process, analyse, and act on data using a blend of data management visualisations, analytics, and AI tools to deliver actionable insights. Integrating Kleene's platform directly into Data Portal enables the publishing of data in meaningful dashboards via automated extractions further extending the business value on offer from Hivedome & Data Portal.

Document Entry (DOCENT)
DOCENT enables manual document entry into Data Portal, covering purchase and sales invoices, credit/debit notes, and accounting journals. While many Data Portal features generate documents automatically, DOCENT is specifically designed for user-driven entries. Features include:
- Invoice Creation & Adjustments
- Journal Entries
- Futures & Options (F&O)
- Document Recall (programs for amending or recreating documents)
Cash Matching
The Cash Matching feature can be used to create or remove matches for any posted document in the Data Portal transactions database. Documents can be matched by:
- Full match
- Partial match
Accounting Reports
Finance teams can now access key accounting reports directly in Hivedome’s Data Portal:
- Receivables/Payables – analyse amounts owed and due
These reports provide a clear, up-to-date view of your financial performance and position, helping you make faster, more informed decisions.
PHYSCODES - Phase 1
PHYSCODES form a comprehensive and essential part of Data Portal, providing the foundation for its correct and efficient operation. They ensure that all transactions, processes, and reports are accurately processed, validated, and tracked, supporting the system’s integrity and reliability. Without these codes, key functionalities would fail, and the smooth functioning of the ITAS environment could be compromised.
Enhancements
Client Dashboards
Client Dashboards have been updated to ensure that data within widgets are displayed in date order and with the appropriate number of decimal places.
Client Maintenance
Contract Management sees the addition of the following key features:
- Bank Accounts
- Interface Codes
- Company Numbers
Shipping & Logistics
The All Shipments data view has been updated to display shipment-level data rather than contract-level data. Each shipment now appears on its own line in the data grid, replacing the previous format where multiple lines could appear per contract.
Document Preview
The Document Preview feature used throughout Data Portal has been updated with several features:
- Document Pack Creation
- Document Pack Splitting
- Improved Document Previews
Costs & Commissions Invoicing
This release introduces support for adding VAT to each cost line. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in managing billing scenarios where costs and commissions include different rates of VAT applied
