NRA_EC - View/Amend VAT Turnover
What is
NRA_EC is the data maintenance program for VAT/GST Turnover records and EC Statistical records.
Narrative for the various reports (VTR, INTRAS, ECSALE) may need modifying after their entry into the ledgers and NRA_EC is used for that purpose. Additionally NRA_EC allows the user to resolve rounding differences on turnover amounts (this does not effect the accounting amounts).
NRA_EC is useful as different country's regulatory bodies demand different reporting contents and sometimes more narration is required than can be entered when the documents are entered into the system (via the Document Entry subsystem DOCENT and INVOICES).
The EC Statistical record requires 6 mandatory fields to be completed i.e. Commodity, Nature of Transaction, Delivery Terms, Transport mode, Origin country and Destination Country.
Note: Specific Entities can activate auto-fill of an EC record when derived from INVFEED invoicing process whereby there is no UI.
