THIRDP - 3rd Party Reports

What is THIRDP

THIRDP is a reporting tool for the summarised viewing of the 3 main components of the 3rd Party Storage/Delivery sub-system i.e. Stock quantities by Owner/Vessel, Delivery Detail and the Usage Statement. Some basic tasks can be administrated on behalf of the 3rd party i.e. standardise the delivery product, add H2O for a delivery and invoice for services that have been setup as TRADE/Costs (receivables).
The third party storage/delivery subsystem is administrated using intakes into storage from TRADE purchases that have been coded as 3rd Party. Deliveries are expedited in the same style as the companies own stock i.e. TRADE/Call-off from a 3rd Party coded with the link to the loaded/weighbridge stock movement. All 3rd party weight is coded in the STOCKS/Inventory with it’s Owner and the Vessel/Intake date. This stock can be borrowed by the operating company and is fully administrated.

The THIRDP reports are all selected by delivery date range and the owner.
The detail Delivery report will produce a screen grid of owner/delivery account/ weight/trucking details/commodity/vessel. Any row can be drilled to the full TRADE screen.  The Usage statement has a feature that enables the administrator to mark the TRADE deliveries as being Invoiced; this marking will then remove the deliveries’ appearance in various Expeditor screens.
All 3rd Party stock movements are administrated in the same manner as the company stock except that the company position reports e.g. ITOP do not include the stock tonnages nor the 3rd party TRADE records.
There are specific Stock Movement details shown in DELREP(MSTKR and CLQUAL)
