HRCOLLECT - Employee Working Details

 

What is HRCOLLECT

HRCOLLECT is designed to display the HR data collected in PROSCHED when MOs and POs are completed. Unapproved items can be approved and then subsequently marked as unapproved again. Options are:

  • View Unapproved: Displays HR data not marked as approved, and allows the user to mark as approved if they have the "APPROVAL" privilege.
  • View Approved: Displays HR data marked as approved, and allows the user to clear the approval marking if they have the "APPROVAL" privilege.
  • View All: Displays both approved and unapproved HR data. No editing is allowed.
  • View Summary: Displays data summarised by contract/employee. A drill-down is available to view the individual times logged.
