CONTMAN - Contracts Management


What is


The purpose is to view the status of Contracts agreement i.e. communication between ITAS Entity and Counter Parties e.g. Biz confirmed date, Advice sent, Advice received.  There are features to view internal and external memorandum/notes to assist in tracking the performance of sending /receiving Advices and notifications.

This process enables selection of TRADE records by various filters, user can selecte the fields to be shown in the grid/report and choice of sort/grouping sequences. The purpose is to organise and select TRADE management data for production of DOCDES forms e.g. Contract Advice. Subsequent capability of print or email is enabled.

DOCDES templates are built in the folder named as 'Contract Advices' . The templates in those folders are then available for selection in the process after selection of what data to use.

When the documents have been built, their names and other ancillary information is displayed in a grid ready for the user to specify how and what to print / email.

The documents are secured in DOCMAN subsystem for later recall.
