With this release the ITAS Data Entities have been updated to v43 due to the following breaking change
- HistoricalExchangeRate is now mapped to the correct table (gf_fxr31), the old mapping (gf_fxr32), now has the correct entity name for table context of TaxAuthorityRate
- UserAccount>CreatedDate amend from int to DateTime to allow for automatic entity tracking
- UserAccount>ModifiedDate amend from int to DateTime to allow for automatic entity tracking
