Company Documents

The Company Documents facility enables users to view, manage and maintain the indexed documents within the ITAS Document Management system. All of the documents are listed in a data grid that can be configured based on the user preferences. Any unindexed ITAS documents that are subsequently indexed will be automatically moved to the Company Documents grid.

The Data grid includes all of the standard ITAS grid functionality and the following options:

 

Sending and Saving Documents

Send the entire document list to an email recipient(s) in .csv format
Save the entire document list to your system in .csv format
Send the selected document(s) to an email recipient(s) in .csv format. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click.
Copy the selected document(s) to another folder in your system. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click.

Managing your Documents

  Open the document in read only mode. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click
Open the document in Edit mode. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click.
Rename the selected document. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click.
Archive the document sends the document to the Archived Document folder. Option available from the grid row context menu opened with right mouse click.
