Overview

There are a number of ways we collaborate with our clients and, through the use of online tools such as MS Teams, Planner and Trello, Projects and Developments (Change Requests) can be discussed in a more open environment. This allows the development process to be tracked all the way through from inception to deployment.

  • DevOps Platforms

    A DevOps Platform is a shared, online resource used by analysts, business users and software engineers, for collaboration on projects involving ITAS (Subscription) Services.

  • Client Development Boards

    A Development Board is a shared, online resource for managing our client's Change Requests, used in place of email and Zendesk.

  • Support Services

    ITAS support services offered through Zendesk including issue tracking, functional support and release management.

  • Project Management Boards

    A Project Management Board is a shared, online resource used by analysts, business users and software engineers, for collaboration on projects involving ITAS (Subscription) Services.
