FXCOVER -  Auto update of TRADE x Required FX Cover

The process is only applied when S01 configuration ctrl40_coverconval 'Yes' and the TRADE records' currency is different to the Functional Reporting currency for the Entity.

The process will update the required FX cover (phys01_reqdfxcover) to be the contract value of all associated TRADE members of the FX family with the exception of TRADE records marked with 'Exclude Cover Reqd from Auto Update' = Yes.
