TRADEEXP - Trade Export
The process is complimentary with TRADEIMP in that .txt files are created using the same S01 definition. The user specifies the output path and file name and the Proceed (after filtering applied) will create the file and mark the TRADE (phys01aa) with date, time and initials of the user actioning the Export. There is a facility to unmark the TRADEs as having been exported (select the actual time/date initials)
This process facilitates bulk TRADE entry for new business either as a take-on procedure for new companies or for regular imports.
