The Document Management facility allows users to view, manage and distribute their ITAS documents. The documents are available from a variety of document stores, both personal and company-wide (through Document Management services).
The data is presented is a configurable grid, enabling you to search and filter the data, identify associations between documents, and send or save the grid data in .csv format. You can also create personal filters to view the information relevant to your requirements.

Personal Documents enables users to create, maintain and manage personalised documents within ITAS.
All indexed company documents can be viewed, edited or have ITAS entities assigned to them.
Assign information to manually entered documents to index them and change their status to a Company Document.
Administrators can verify documents that may be unavailable to users without read access.
Company Documents can archived and sent to this folder.
