The Document Properties lists all of the details of a document in the following sections:
The information is initially displayed in read only format. The user can update any of the information by clicking the Edit links then Save.
Lists the mandatory information required to index the document.
User can add additional information to the document.
Shows the other items associated with the document. When an entity is opened the user can view all documents that are associated with the Entity.
If the document was created using an ITAS template the name and date is listed.
Lists the event log for the document. This includes the times the document was edited or viewed.
