Smart Panel - History
The History tab in the Smart Panel provides a list of previously viewed ITAS records. The number of records displayed can be assigned in the User Preferences and can be a physical number or a period of days.
There are several types of record that may appear on the ITAS Smart Panel:
 | Contract - Includes PHYSICAL Trade and F&O contracts |
 | Counterparty - CLI Records |
 | WIP Account - Collections of Work In Progress. |
 | Transaction - Transactional documents including invoices and credit notes |
 | Treasuries |
 | Letter of Credit |
 | Vessel |
Using the History Panel
A user can open any of the records (without having to navigate via the Trading Entities menu) by clicking on a row.
Users can also open the corresponding record, view any associated documents, or remove the record from the list using the options in the drop down opened by clicking on the '...' icon.
