Feedback provides users with the opportunity to communicate with the support team at Hivedome directly from ITAS. Users can ask questions about the software, start a dialogue about a particular issue they may be experiencing or submit ideas for features they would like to see in future releases.
Choose a feedback option and enter a subject. Ensure the correct address is in the Email field and enter a message. Once the message has been composed click on the Send button to forward the query to Hivedome. Shortly after sending the message the user will receive an acknowledgement email from Hivedome and the query will be investigated by the Helpdesk.
