ITAS Desktop Alerts
Release 8.2.0.268 adds additional features to the ITAS Desktop Alerts delivered in the previous release. Specifically a new area in the Alerts menu has been added which lists your alerts’ history. The list is segregated by day and you can view the data associated with each alert. It is possible to select one, multiple or all alerts in your history and remove them from the history, this will permanently delete the alert notification.
Important Note: only the last 45 days of alerts are available, messages will be removed afterr this period..

Updated Features
- Refresh button added in System Settings > Active Users to enable Administrators to refresh the current logged in user list
- Desktop alert details window updated to use a single window.
- System now remembers the alert details window position
- Increased error handling capabilityEvents engine introduced a bad message store which captures messages not in the correct format
Bugs fixed
- Alert topic not created on subscription – resolved.
- First time user email prompt – resolved.
- User Preferences (alerts) not automatically set up for first time users – resolved.
